The 2023 Shaganappi Community Cleanup will be held on Saturday, September 23th from 9 am to 2 pm sharp.

About the event
It’s time to gather your broken or unwanted electronics, metals, cardboard and general garbage. See the City of Calgary bylaw link for things we won’t pick up:

We are in need of volunteers for:
- door to door ‘mailbox’ flyer drop off;
- pickup trucks with drivers and assistants to collect debris with delivery to the Cleanup Site at the Barbara Mitchell Family Resource Centre, 1731 29 St SW (formerly Salvation Army Children’s Village);
- safety site volunteers;
- site manager; and
- site assistants.
Please contact Karen, Cleanup Coordinator, at karenmkryzan@shaw.ca to volunteer to deliver flyers, offer to drive your pickup, help pick up debris, or help as safety site assistants.
