Truman’s West17 has broken ground and is slated for completion in later 2022. West17 is a transit-oriented, mid-rise, mixed-use development transforming the 17 Avenue SW Main Street corridor. Situated within quick walking distance of two Blue Line LRT stations and located along the 17 Avenue SW transit corridor, West17 will provide high-quality purpose-built rental housing to managed by Truman, along with new neighbourhood-serving retail, services, and amenities. West17 sets a local mid-rise building design precedent, with high-quality architecture, sensitive transitions, and an emphasis on new public space and connections.
